Discontinue Loyalty Card Program

We wish to inform you that our Royalty Points Program will be discontinued in six months, from 31 March to 30 September 2026. We encourage all customers to redeem any remaining points during this period, as any unused points will become invalid once the program concludes.

We recognise that changes can be challenging, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we transition away from this program. To facilitate a smooth redemption process, we recommend reviewing your current points balance and considering how you would like to utilise them. Our dedicated customer service team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding the redemption of your points.
