• Please book in advance and let us know if you need to earn points to allow enough time.

• Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 3 hours before your appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% charge, as the time has been reserved specifically for you and may prevent us from accommodating other clients.

• The point will be not allowed to share.

• Points cannot be exchanged for money.

• No valid for a discount or any promotional rates.

• On public holidays, all prices incur a $5 surcharge. Gift certificates come with a $10 fee and cannot be redeemed.

Terms and conditions

• Please let us know about your medical condition before making the payment. 

• If our services were unappreciated, please let the therapist know 15 minutes in advance. You will get fully refunded. 

• It is crucial that you come before the time starts for 10 minutes to enjoy the full duration of your treatment. If you arrive late we cannot extend your treatment session over the allotted time as we often have back-to-back bookings.
